Kissing Butterflies

Good morning folks - I hope you've all had a fabulous week. I'm nursing very tender pink shoulders atm despite wearing suncream. Hopefully the weather has been as nice where you are as it has been here.

Anyway, it's time for another challenge over at Delicious Doodles and this week we have a fantastic prize on offer from our sponsor FLOURISH WITH A BLING  who also happened to provide the DT with some awesome goodies to play with. The theme this time is Flourishes and Bling. This will be the last challenge before we break for the summer holidays, so I really hope that you can join us. Also keep your eyes peeled for a DT call, details will be posted over on the challenge blog, but I will also post on here.

For my card this week I decided to use the gorgeous image Kissing Butterflies, I then for some totally unknown reason thought I'd move completely outside of my comfort zone and use really bold colours and worse still an 8 x 8 card! Any way, here it is:

The image has as always been coloured with Promarkers and blinged up with a Sakura Star Dust pen and Stickles. I used the Small Butterfly image to create the various sized butterflies embellishing the card. The flourish is of course form Flourish With A Bling and the flowers have been cut from a Sizzix Die. The pearls are from my Viva Pearl Pen which have been coloured with Promarkers.

Thanks for stopping by this week.

Claire xx

I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Divas By Design - Die Cuts & Punches
Flutter By Wednesdays - Open
I ♥ ProMarkers - Flowers
Truly Scrumptious - Things with wings
Bunny Zoes Crafts - Fairies
Crafty Purple Frog - Pearls & Swirls
