Simple Kraft Notebook

Good morning peeps, this is another quickie from me again today as I'm due at DS sports day this morning and then have twenty minutes to get across town to DD sports day.

I spotted these gorgeous notebooks a few weeks ago and as I have a little obsession with stationery products I of course had to buy one! ;)

I kept it nice and simple by masking a square on the inner page and inking with Distress Inks. I then stamped the owls in the inked square and coloured them with Promarkers. The front and back covers had two holes punched and I made a loop using some twine and stitched the button on using twine. The button goes through the loop to keep the book closed. I then stamped 3 mini flowers with DI's and threaded a length of twine through the spine of the book.

Tools
Cropadile Big Bite

Materials
Kraft Notebook
Kars Stamps
Distress Inks - Walnut Stain, Tea Dye
Promarkers - Sandstone, Walnut
Button - from stash
Twine - from stash

I'd like to enter this book into the following challenges:
Make It Monday - Anything Goes
Lollipop Crafts - Anything Goes
The Poodles Parlour - Birds Eye View
Stampin' for the Weekend - Wings & Things
Little Miss Muffet Challenges - Anything but a card

Thanks for stopping by today.
