It's me!!! Sorry it's been so long since my last post but I've had my Grandad's funeral and few other things that have kept me pretty tied up.
Anyway, I just though I'd pop on to say I've got one of my cards in the above issue of Quick Cards Made Easy. I have to say I've really enjoyed being on the reader's design team as it has pushed me into using just papers to create a card. I hope you like what I've done with the free papers that came with this issue and I'd love to see what you make if you have them.
Thanks for stopping by today.

Ho Ho Ho It's So Simple!
It's time for another giveaway over at Studio 12. I thought I'd show you another TV sample using the Gingerbread Twist CD. As you know the turn around time on these projects is always really tight, so whilst I'd love to be able to spend hours preparing gorgeous creations time just does not permit it which is why I always end up with a few C&S makes.
This one is relatively quick and easy, you just need a steady hand to apply the Glossy Accents and Sakura Glitter Pens to the letters. Sadly my photos don't show the effect this gives :(.
Thanks for stopping by today.

It's all about the squares!
Wow where did that fortnight go? I can't believe it's time for another challenge over at Stampotique, but it is, and this time we want to see squares - at least three of them! So as it's a nice easy one (most of your guys who mat and layer automatically have three or more squares anyway) I really do hope that you'll join us. Remember you don't need to use a Stampotique product to enter and you could be in with a chance of winning a lovely voucher to spend on new stash!
I'm afraid my card is really quick and easy one (I promise I have got more creative stuff in the pipeline to show you soon) which is for my friend's birthday which falls on Halloween.
The card is made from a regular card blank which has been matted with black paper and then white card. To create my third square which is inked, I simply made a mask from post it notes prior to inking with Distress Inks. The moon has been water bleached before over stamping with the fantastic image Owl Tree by Kira Nichols. To finish I added a rub on sentiment.
Thanks for stopping by today.

Studio 12 CAS Kraft Card
Good morning. Just a quickie from me today as I've got to work today :(
It's my turn to post over at Studio 12 today, so I've made this really quick and easy card using Studio 12 Picknix Collection 1. If you haven't been over there before, please do take the time to visit as there is a different inspiration post every day.
This card literally took five minutes to make and I think I'm pretty pleased with the way it turned out.
I hope you all have a fantastic weekend. I should be back over the weekend with another project, but if I'm not I'll see you on Wednesday.
Thanks for stopping by.

C&S Trio of Cakes Card
Hello :D Yep me again just popping on with another card from yesterday's show! Thank you for all the lovely comments and also for the emails. I will in future try and post when the shows are on. I'll also do a picture tutorial for those of you who asked.
This is another really quick and easy card using the new Studio 12 CD Picknix Collection 1
I took the cake image on the right of the screen and duplicated it before using the cutout studio to obtain just the cake stand. I then duplicated the stand and arranged the layout before dragging the cupcake image and strawberry sponge on top of them and resizing as necessary. I then copied and pasted the cupcakes a few times and arranged them onto the stand. The sentiment has been imported into CAP and resized. I've then printed the whole lot out and cut to fit my card blank. The sentiment has been matted and layered and then the whole thing has been prettied up by adding a bit of Rik Rak, some Stickles around the edge of the card and sentiment, on the frosting and finally the glass dome has been given a coat of Glossy Accents.
Right I'm off of here - my son has homework to do and needs my help (we're making a giant exploding box!!!) so wish me luck! :D
